"The Time of Al Shabaab Is Over," Somali General Says

The Somali National Army and the African Union Mission to Somalia patrolled the town of Qoryooley on Sunday, some 100 kilometers from the Somali capital Mogadishu. It comes following the town's liberation from Al Shabaab militants a day earlier. The African Union said a two-pronged attacked surprised the Islamist militant group. The Somali National Army Deputy Chief of Defense Forces had this message for the militants.
